There is an itching that seems to move around the body but its not micro filaria what is it?

what i mean is that the itching is very similar to chloroquine allegy reaction but it is usually on one part of the body say the head,legs or back area at a particular time it sustains for about an hour then subsides for a while and can incease with changes in temperature aiso there is small boil like swellings around the private part after love making and could take a while to heal as a matter of fact there is a skin growth resulting from the boil swelling

This is not something to be ignored or guessed at, it's something serious and should be look at by a competent person, that being a doctor (GP). who if he doesn't know exactly what it is, can and will take tests or refer you to a specialist.
