African-american skin condition?

I have an extremely nice african american friend. She is really beautiful both in and out. She confided in me about her skin. I don't really know what they are called but she has some tiny things that look like growths all over her skin, especially, face, neck and decottelage. They are very tiny and vary in size, they are dark in color and look like they would come off if you pulled on them. They actually dont come off, because they hurt she says it feels like you were pulling on her skin. Here are my questions

1) What exactly are these, and what causes them. She said she never had any such things until after her first pregnancy. Now they are everywhere and keep increasing daily.

2) What products would you recommend to prevent, minimize, and remove these growths altogether?

Thank you for your responses.

pregnancy can cause a lot of hormonal changes in a woman's body.. these skin growths might be warts, and skin darkening is always a part of pregnancy, especially the skin folds like underarms, neck, inner thighs, etc.. if these black skin growths don't stop in 2-3 weeks, maybe it's time to see a doctor.. while if they start to go away, but the skin remains dark and bothers her, there's a good source for skin lightening products that's safe and effective -
Reply:I don't know what causes them or how to get rid of them but they sound like skin tags. I'm sure if you google it you can find out more info
