Has anyone used Nutrilite for Hair, Skin & Nails?

Does it really help nail growth and is it a really good product to use? I ordered it online for 19.95. I need to stay healthy and keep my skin %26amp; nails healthy and read that this is a good product to take for all three, nails, hair %26amp; skin.

Has anyone used Nutrilite for Hair, Skin %26amp; Nails?
It is going to be about the same result for you as taking just a regular multivitamin and mineral supplement daily. Sometimes when you use a specialty product that is expensive, it also keeps you focused on taking better care of your nails and hair so that you will get the most benefit from your investment, when in reality it is your care and attention that are the most benefit. The Nutrilite is not a bad product, it is just more expensive than a regular vitamin. You can help out any vitamin by also trying to eat a balanced diet as well.
Reply:Yes it is good. You have to wait a while to see results, you might think about taking in a long term, say 3 months onward, although you can see the resluts in the first month, if you want the results to be permanent either take them for life or begin a healthy diet with lots of fruits, veggies, and fish, like salmon, its fats are the good kind that actually help you maintain a healthy weight and healthy skin, nails, and hair. (Also try eating avocados, one a day)
