What are some FOODS for you skin?

Not "potassium" or "calcium", but "bananas" or "milk". What kind of foods are good for your skin and your bones/muscles. Please list as much food as you can and what they do (what they improve/strengthen) from good for your eyes to your hair growth. Please make a list of foods (that everyone has around the house) to stay away from. NOt "stay away from Trans Fat", but "sundaes, potato chips, pizza"..... Thank you!





WHAT KIND OF FOOD IS BEST FOR KEEPING ENERGY UP AND WIEGHT DOWN AND LAST A WHILE (GOOD FOR A DANCER)?

Reply:avacado and guacamoli r d 4 skin but guacamoli has a lot of fat
Reply:I read recently that foods actually have no influence on your skin. Crazy, because until I read the article, I thought foods such as potato chips, fries, and other greasy foods greatly affected your skins.


Spaghetti is always good for energy, and before practices I always grab something small, like crackers or granola bars. Even though you said "don't say bananas", they actually are very good for you. Hope this helps at least somewhat!
