What supplements would you recommend for making skin nice and that promote hair growth?
Vitamins A, D and E. However, be careful with Vitamin D because excessive doses of it is said to be harmful. Those same vitamins will also give you absolutely beautiful, smooth skin.
Reply:May sound really weird but prenatal viatmins, they really help with your hair, nails, and skin
Reply:Any kind of multi-vitamin would do or you can try biotin.
Reply:Yes as silly as this may sound Prenatal Vitamins help out alot with that. B/c as you need all those good vitamins when you are pregnant you can use them even if you aren't. And it is recommended to use them well b4 you think of becoming pregnant just so you get your body healthy.
Reply:There are loads of skin, hair and nail vitamins out on the market. Anywhere that sells vitamins should most likely have them.

Remember to drink plenty of water. Water flushes out the toxins and helps keep the skin clear and hydrated.
Reply:Do not take prenatal vitamins, since you will get too much iron built up in your system. Take a good multivitamin for everyday use and you might supplement with Biotin. Protein is really what helps hair grow, so get your protein.
Reply:bombastic's answer is good, but the part about vitamin d is wrong. the government and the acs (american cancer society) say that because it prevents cancer. it decreases your chances of getting cancer by about 60%. you can get enough vitamin d by being out in the sun about an hour a day, so if you try to get as much sun as possible, you don't have to buy supplements, which are, as bombastic said, expensive. if you are going to by them make sure you buy them somewhere like whole foods or a health food store, and try to get organic when possible.
