Unusual growth on my dog's skin?

I found this unusual growth on my dog's skin underneath the fur. Can someone tell me what it is? Thanks.

Unusual growth on my dog's skin?
From the size it could just be a cyst. Our boxer had one, the vet ended up taking care of it. They aren't life threatening but they can be uncomfortable.

Reply:that looks like a wart to me. Keep an eye on it and if it starts to get bigger you may want to have it checked out. If it stays the same (color and size) I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Reply:How old is the dog? Very often, if the dog is old, it is tumors of the cancerous type. If a young dog maybe fatty lipomas. Your vet can run the tests.
Reply:Take your dog to the vet immediately. I may just be puss or something, but it shouldn't be there.
